1. What We Collect
We collect minimal data to operate the service:
- Email address — only if you subscribe to our newsletter or create an account. Never shared with third parties.
- Calculator inputs — stored anonymously (no name, no IP) in aggregate to improve default values. Not linked to you.
- Page view analytics — via Google Analytics 4. No PII. We use IP anonymisation.
- Server logs — standard NGINX access logs retained for 7 days for security monitoring. No raw IPs stored in our database.
2. Cookies
We use the following cookies:

3. Third-Party Services
- Google Analytics 4 — anonymous traffic analysis. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
- Google AdSense — may show personalised ads based on your browsing. You can opt out at google.com/settings/ads.
- Resend — transactional email delivery (newsletter confirmation, email reports). Your email is processed by Resend only when you explicitly submit it.
- Cloudflare — CDN, DDoS protection, and SSL termination. Processes request metadata per Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
4. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request deletion of your account and associated data at any time via the Contact page.
- Unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email.
- Opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
- Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
